Processors Four mPGA700 sockets support Intel® Itanium® 2 Processor 9000 series with system bus speeds of 533 MHz and 667 MHz FBS.
Memory
Up to 32 DIMM sockets (eight sockets per memory box) support DDR2 memory technology. It supports 240-pin DDR2-533 and DDR2-667 Registered ECC DIMMs for up to 256 GB total system memory. DIMMs must contain x4 bitDRAMs and be populated in sets of four.
